Telephone Banking - making offshore savings simple

We want to make managing your accounts simple and easy.

Your Halifax International offshore savings accounts are designed to be managed online, but we understand that you may also wish to transact over the telephone. We therefore offer a dedicated Telephone Banking Service. Our Call Centre is based in Jersey and Isle of Man - we're expatriates ourselves - so you'll be talking to people who know offshore savings inside out.

We have particular expertise in foreign exchange and sending money within the UK and worldwide. Our friendly staff will be happy to help with any query.

 

Applying for Telephone Banking on your offshore savings account is easy

To apply just complete the appropriate section on your account application form and it will be up and running once your offshore account is open.

If you did not register for Telephone Banking when you opened your account you can do so now by simply filling out the Telephone Banking mandate and returning it to us.
